The house hunt is over.

We think.

If you have ever purchased a home before, you know that it’s not a done deal until it’s a done deal.

But we think this is the one.

And you know when your friend wants to set you up with a friend who is not very attractive but has a good personality”?

Go for it.

It’s what’s on the inside that counts.

At least that is what we are telling ourselves after going under contract on a house that was aiming for tudor, but was built at the end of the 70s.

When our kids first saw it, they asked, “why are we looking at a German pharmacy?”

“It has a good personality, kids.”

“And we actually prefer to call it the Disco Tudor, if you don’t mind.”
